Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Rigwrap from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Permitted Use & Service Description

Rigwrap provides texture design, previewing, and UV wireframe formatting utilities for the game Truckers of Europe 3. Liveries generated or downloaded through Rigwrap are intended solely for personal, non-commercial in-game entertainment.

3. User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

In accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 1.2 and Google Play Developer Policies, you agree NOT to upload, synthesize, or distribute:

  • Defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content.
  • Portrayals of violence, illegal weapons, or unlawful activity.
  • Copyrighted characters, corporate logos, or protected trademarks without appropriate authorization.
Zero Tolerance: Any attempt to use our AI synthesis tools for abusive, harassing, or objectionable material will result in immediate termination of service access and permanent device bans.

4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Credits

  • Consumable Utility Units: Rigwrap Credits are consumable virtual utility units used solely to cover the processing cost of AI livery rendering in The Studio (25 credits per generation).
  • Non-Monetary: Credits hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or traded.
  • Purchases: Credit pack purchases (pack_100, pack_250, pack_550) are processed through official Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing systems. Purchased credits do not expire.
  • Restoration: Users can tap "Restore Purchases" in the Wallet screen at any time to re-synchronize unspent purchased credits.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Rigwrap, its logo, interface, codebase, and algorithms are the property of the app developers.

Truckers of Europe 3, its game assets, and associated vehicle trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Rigwrap does not modify or inject code into game files; all exported liveries are standard image files loaded via official in-game customization features.

6. Apple App Store Standard EULA Terms

For users downloading via iOS:

  • Your license to use Rigwrap is non-transferable and limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
  • Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to Rigwrap.
  • You acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

Your use is also governed by the Apple Standard EULA.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Rigwrap is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that third-party game updates will not alter UV wireframe coordinates or texture display within the game.
