1. Introduction

Rigwrap ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use the Rigwrap mobile application. We operate on a privacy-first, registration-free model: we do not require account creation, social logins, passwords, or personal identity verification to use the app.

2. Information We Collect & How We Use It

• Anonymous Device Identifier: We generate an anonymous, non-identifiable installation ID locally on your device to persist your virtual credit balance, favorite skins, and downloaded textures.
• Uploaded Reference Art: When you use The Studio to synthesize a custom truck livery, your chosen reference image and UV wireframe parameters are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS solely to generate the requested texture. Images are not retained or used for artificial intelligence training.
• Local Device Storage: All saved skins, downloaded PNG textures, and app preferences are stored locally on your device.

3. Information We Never Collect

• No real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords.
• No precise or approximate GPS location data.
• No contacts, SMS messages, camera rolls (outside of images you explicitly select), or biometric data.
• No third-party behavioral advertising trackers.

4. Data Retention and Account/Data Deletion

You maintain complete control over your data at all times:

• In-App Instant Deletion: You can permanently erase all your data anytime inside the app by going to Settings ➔ "Delete All User Data". This instantly and permanently deletes your cloud wallet records, saved skins, download history, and generated liveries.
• Direct Deletion Requests: You may also email contact@biswajitnk.com to request manual verification and total erasure of any associated cloud ledger records within 30 days, in full compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1 and Google Play Data Safety policies.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR)

Rigwrap does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app is rated for general audiences and contains no behavioral tracking or predatory data harvesting.
