Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 28, 2025

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the RBX Codes for Roblox mobile application (the "App") operated by BiswajitNK ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

RBX Codes for Roblox is a mobile application that provides a directory of promotional redemption codes for Roblox games. The App aggregates publicly available promo codes from official game developer channels and community sources for user convenience.

2. Eligibility

The App is rated 4+ and is available to users of all ages. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend systems or servers.
  • Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

The App's design, code, layout, graphics, and original content are the property of BiswajitNK and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2 Third-Party Content

"Roblox" and all related game names, logos, images, and trademarks are the property of Roblox Corporation and their respective owners. This App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

All game codes shared in this App are sourced from publicly available information released by official game developers on their social media channels and community platforms. This App does not modify, hack, or interact with Roblox servers in any way.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

5.1 RBX Codes Pro Subscription

The App offers an optional premium subscription ("RBX Codes Pro") with the following plans:

  • Monthly: ₹299/month
  • Yearly: ₹2,499/year

5.2 Payment and Billing

  • All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple ID account.
  • We do not have access to your payment information.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.

5.4 Cancellation

  • You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings in the App Store.
  • No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

5.5 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

5.6 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

6. Advertisements

  • The free version of the App displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob.
  • RBX Codes Pro subscribers enjoy a completely ad-free experience.
  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Push Notifications

  • The App may send push notifications about new game codes.
  • Push notifications are optional and can be disabled at any time through your device's Settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • We do not guarantee that all codes listed in the App will be active, valid, or functional at any given time.
  • Game codes may expire, be revoked, or become invalid at any time at the discretion of the respective game developers.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken by Roblox Corporation or individual game developers regarding their promo codes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BISWAJITNK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BiswajitNK from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
