Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the HEIC Direct mobile application (the "Service") operated by HEIC Direct ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
2. Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA)
Our app utilizes the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this app, you also agree to Apple's standard terms, which can be found here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
3. Subscriptions and Billing
HEIC Direct offers premium features accessible through auto-renewable subscriptions ("Pro").
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
4. Use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. All image conversions happen locally on your device.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
